New Year’s resolutions

It's been over 2 weeks of the New Year. Are your lists of New Year's resolutions ready? If not, it's not as difficult as it may seem. This is the last call to plan them effectively. We suggest what to do so that the plans do not fall into oblivion over time and what is worth paying attention to when planning your resolutions.

Set realistic goals

Setting a goal is the first and most important step. Remember that it must be available to you. Too high a bar may be the reason for frustration or lack of motivation to continue. Do you dream of moving to another city? That's great! Prepare for it strategically, develop a list of actions, and your goal will become more structured and real.

Set a date

Another tip is to specify the exact dates for the implementation of your assumptions. If you decide you want to make more friends in the new city you just moved to, be sure to get started right away. Knock on the door of your neighbours, invite them for tea or board games - it's a good way to integrate. Remember that when the resolution on your list is: "Meet new people in Warsaw by the end of March" - your mobilization will definitely increase.

Effects count

Nothing motivates as much as the effect of our work. The same goes for New Year's resolutions. If your goal for 2023 is to be more "eco", start with small things, such as responsible waste segregation or purchasing products in ecological packaging. Thanks to this, you will see real, mobilizing results in small steps from the beginning of your plan.

Plan

A helpful solution when planning New Year's resolutions will be the purchase of a suitable calendar or planner. Writing down things to do will make it much easier to organize, making it easier to stick to the established assumptions. Remember to include time for rest and emergencies in your plans.

We keep our fingers crossed for your resolutions this year!
